This was a fantastic home with an amazing restoration. So many original furnishings and beautifully decorated. Our guide was a delightful woman who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the home, family and period pieces. Tours are at the front door at the top of the hour. We were early and enjoyed walking the grounds which are beautifully kept. Restrooms are in the basement level. You must be able to walk done steps both to get in and to get to the second floor. It was optional but we also went into the cupola which was so cool and up a spiral stair case. Definitely an enjoyable historical tour!!

Public park that mostly offers golf and disc golf. Has a top shot style area where you can practice that long swing. Grounds look well maintained and lots of activity on a pretty day. A bit further into the park is the Hobson House and museum. Area can have a smell at times.

Hobson Grove is a very nice place to go. They have golf course, shaded picnic area and there is also a big house there and some people get married there I think. My boyfriend golfed and me and my little dog walked around the shaded picnic area. My boyfriend's father used to golf there alot when he was living and they put this plaque in his memory
